Welcome to Yoga Nidra Practice, a guided journey to a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleeping. Find a quiet, comfortable place to lie down and set aside at least 20 minutes for this practice.

Moreover, it is used as a tool for healing and recovery, reducing pain, lowering blood pressure, and boosting the immune system.
During this practice, you will develop a feeling of relaxation in the body by moving your awareness to different parts of the body. It is important to be in a comfortable and undisturbed space and remain completely awake and aware as you practice.
