GROUP YOGA CLASSES

Some of my classes are exclusive to membership-only clubs, while others are open to the public and can be pre-booked and paid for online through the link provided next to the class. No matter your level of experience, I warmly welcome everyone to join me for a rejuvenating yoga session to balance the mind, body and soul. I enjoy working with individuals one-on-one or small groups because it allows us to tailor the practice to your unique needs and goals, maximising the benefits and positive changes you experience. I am versatile and proficient in teaching various styles of yoga, including Power Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga & Meditation. While Yin Yoga is undoubtedly my favourite style to teach, please feel free to request any style that resonates with you. My goal is to help you experience the transformative benefits of yoga and find the practice that best suits you!

Private classes can be booked and paid for online as a single session or a package of classes for added convenience. I look forward to guiding you on your yoga journey and helping you achieve your health and wellness goals. Let’s get started! 🙂

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a transformative practice that encourages us to connect with a deeper part of ourselves. Through extended periods of time spent in each pose, using supportive props such as blankets and bolsters, we learn to “accept what is” and stay present in the moment. This quiet and still practice facilitates deep relaxation, release of tension, and positive, lasting changes in flexibility. It also helps us let go of what no longer serves us and welcome new ways of being, while activating our body’s natural healing abilities.

Our private sessions are tailored to meet your specific needs, so please don’t hesitate to let me know what you would like to focus on. Additionally, please let me know if you would like any sound healing.

How long is a Private Yin Yoga class?

A Private class typically lasts for 75 minutes, comprising a 60-minute yoga session. Prior to starting, we will spend a few minutes discussing which area(s) of your body you would like to focus on, and after the class, we will spend a few minutes discussing specific poses that you can work on between sessions to enhance your practice.

What is the recommended frequency of private sessions?

I’m always here to support you, so feel free to ask for a private session anytime, as often as you feel necessary. Whether you prefer regular weekly classes or would like to schedule occasional sessions for rebalancing, we can work together to determine the best frequency for you.

Where do you offer sessions?
