Spring Equinox Retreat

This retreat is perfect for all levels of yoga, including beginners. Hosting the day are the very talented Nette Dalton and Katie Hailey.

Nette’s yoga practice serves a life enhancing purpose: to encourage breath and movement, increase strength, flexibility & endurance, improve balance & posture, release stress & long held patterns in the body, calming the mind and reducing anxiety. Her powerful yoga is interesting & challenging, yet attainable for everyone. Her many years of experience and dynamic approach mean her retreats book out quickly!

Katie will journey through practices that ground, calm and revitalise you. Learn practices that promote relaxation, presence and connection, and set powerful intentions with Cacao to pave the path for positive changes in your life.

In the late afternoon you will experience a deeply meditative Sound Bath. A hugely relaxing experience that you will never forget, as it nourishes your body with sound waves.

The structure of the day will be as follows:

• Arrival, health shot / herbal tea
• Powerful morning flow yoga session with Nette
• A feast of high energy food, designed to nourish your body and mind, made by our highly experienced chef
• Free time to relax and enjoy the award-winning facilities, including a natural swimming pond, floating sauna and wood-fired hot tub
• Also on the grounds is a club-sized tennis court, with tennis balls and racquets for your use
• Afternoon session of slow flow and yin yoga with Katie
• Guided mediation
• Afternoon health shot / herbal tea
• Sound Bath: simply lie down and enoy the deeply nourishing sounds as they cleanse your body
• Closing circle and cacao ceremony by Katie
