Summer Spa and Yoga Retreat

This retreat is perfect for all levels of yoga, including beginners, men and women.

The loose structure of the day will be as follows:

• Arrival, health shot / herbal tea
• Meet Nina and Dan, the owners of The Water Shed, the couple that created the Grand Designs Chichester, West Sussex house
• Powerful morning flow yoga session, followed by meditation
• A feast of highly nutritious food, designed to restore balance
• Free time to relax and enjoy the award-winning facilities, including a natural swimming pond, floating sauna and wood-fired hot tub
• Also on the grounds is a club-sized tennis court, with tennis balls and racquets for your use
• Afternoon session of deeply restorative yoga
• Guided mediation
• Afternoon health shot / herbal tea
• A Sound Bath, giving you the opportunity to simply lie down as you are bathed in healing sound waves, taking you into a wonderfully relaxing meditative state
• Closing circle and intentions
