As the festive season approaches, take a moment to pause, breathe, and immerse yourself in the calming energy of winter. Join Lizzie (fellow yoga teacher at Lime Wood Hotel) and Katie for a magical afternoon of warmth, relaxation, and tranquility at our Cosy Christmas Yoga & Sound Bath.
This afternoon retreat includes a chocolate meditation and cacao ceremony sprinkled with Christmas stardust, adding a touch of magic to your seasonal self-care.
Designed to gently guide you into a state of deep rest and rejuvenation, we’ll begin with a slow, restorative yoga flow to soothe and soften the body. After refreshments, you’ll be invited to snuggle up and sink deeper into relaxation with a grounding, nourishing sound bath.
This event is a perfect opportunity to gift yourself (and loved ones) a restorative pause during the holiday rush. Reset your mind, body, and soul, and leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and ready to embrace the festive season with renewed energy.
